Our customer
service will email you to confirm your order, notify you of
shipment, or alert you of a potential delay/shortage. We do not
send unsolicited offers, yet our emails may be perceived as
unsolicited and filtered out as "spam." We want to keep you
up-to-date in reference to your order and therefore suggest
checking your filter settings and the information below:

FILTERS
Some email providers filter messages
based on content, subject line, or the sender's address and may put
your email into the a bulk or junk mail folder. Please make sure @greekshops.com is on your "approved sender" list or "whitelist"
and/or in your "address book." Some Email providers will block your
email without your knowledge or notification of such a block. We
suggest reading below for ways to avoid missing an important message
from us or others.
Spam Blockers/Filters

If you have recently installed a new
email software or a new program to help defeat the large number of
unsolisited emails, we suggest reviewing your settings. The
"default" settings are typically very restrictive and may produce
undesired results.
If you have not
received our customer service emails
AOL Users:
Please
examine your "Spam" folder. If
you find our email in this folder,
select the message and click "This is Not Spam." This will help
future messages to get through. To avoid accidentally filtering our
future messages:
- Click Mail in the toolbar at the top of your AOL window
- Select Block Unwanted Mail
- Click Custom Sender List
- Select Allow only the senders and domains listed below
- Enter this domain @greekshops.com
- Click Save
Hotmail Users:
Please
examine your "Junk email"
folder. If you find our email in this
folder, select the message and click "Not Junk." This will
help future messages to get through. To avoid accidentally filtering
our future messages:
- Click Mail, then Options (next to the Help link)
- Click Junk email Protection
- Click Custom Sender List
- Click Safe List
- Enter this domain: @greekshops.com
- Click Add
Yahoo Users:
Please xamine your "Bulk Mail" folder. If you find our email
in this folder, select the
message and click "Not Spam." This will help future messages to get
through.
Gmail Users:
Please examine your "Spam" folder. If you find our email there,
select the message and click "Not Spam." This will help future
messages to get through.
Outlook
(2003 & 2007):
- Select Actions from the top menu bar, then select Junk email
followed by Junk email Options.
- Select Safe Senders, then Add.
- Type @greekshops.com and
click OK.
- Type and click OK.
- Click OK.
